I will let you know if you can or should sell as well as what the price should be. I look at several things when pricing. What is active, UC and just sold. What is the competition? What other homes and areas are buyers that will likely purchase your home looking at? I also re-evaluate often. I refresh and market a property aggressively so that showings are more prevalent. I speak to the agents who are showing the property so that I know where their buyers are looking and how long they have been looking. My approach is completely hands on.
