Priority one is always to educate, inform and guide someone with an interest in buying or selling to make the best decisions possible. To get the best outcome possible. To know enough about what the options are to make a decision for themselves. It’s not about selling someone something. It’s about sharing what I know honestly so that my clients can make informed decisions. Sometimes buying or selling is not the best decision.
