Jennifer Gray Real Estate G&A: Avoid The Most Common Buyer Errors

Priority one is always to educate, inform and guide someone with an interest in buying or selling to make the best decisions possible. To get the best outcome possible. To know enough about what the options are to make a decision for themselves. It’s not about selling someone something. It’s about sharing what I know honestly so that my clients can make informed decisions. Sometimes buying or selling is not the best decision. I want clients that truly should be buying or selling to do so.

Most of my business comes from referrals and repeat business. Once we work together I am you resource for a lifetime. I will always be there to answer your questions or explore ideas you may have. I absolutely love working with buyers and getting a family into a home. I absolutely love getting a seller to their next destination with the best outcome possible for them. I am aggressive, determined and skilled. I know my contracts inside and out. I know the market. Real estate to me is about relationships and circumstances. The successful navigation of any process is mainly in the hands of your realtor. As a real estate broker of many years I have the skill and desire to help required for success in this market.

Please visit my site and feel free to email or call me with any questions. I will be honest with you and won’t try to sell you on anything.

Enjoy your day, Jenn Gray.

Jennifer Gray IS a short sale EXPERT

You NEED an EXPERT

Many claim to be, I AM. If you are buying or selling a short sale you NEED real expertise. Hands on, in control, knowledgeable expertise. Sellers-I don’t have a team of people you don’t know touching your financial documents and doing who know what with them. I am working your file myself. I 100% care and understand. I WILL be honest with you, good or bad. I will tell you what to expect BEFORE you sign a contract with me. BUYERS-DON’T attempt this market without an agent that is willing to put in the work required and knows the ins & outs of short sales.
